Today I just wanted to show up to tell you how essential you are! You matter to many! However, if they cannot see you or reach you – then what happens? You will never be fulfilled, and they will never experience the gift you have to offer. If you neglect to steward the gift you have to offer, God has someone next in line who will steward the blessing and reach the masses YOU were meant to. It is no secret to all of you that I am a woman of faith. I don’t believe in just the part of God’s word that says, Have Faith, but I also believe in the part that says, Faith without works is Dead (James 2:17).
Beloved, how will you ever get to the other side if you are not putting in the work? For some, it may not be your season; for others, your season is overdue. If this is not the season for you to build, it is your season to plan and prepare. If this is not your season to plan and prepare, then it’s your season to execute. You must identify your specific purpose and assignment in every season. Learn to use the natural seasons to your advantage in Life and Business.
The winter season, for example, is not only a season of resting and planning, but it is also for growth and development. It is a season for increased self-care and to acquire clarity and direction for your life. It is a season to plan and plant in preparation for the following seasons. Many people do not like the winter season because they find it to be one of the quietest seasons they go through. Everything seems to be at a halt, at a standstill. But, if you are not in tune with the times and seasons of YOUR Life, then you will miss the opportunity the season brings. We can all use the time to gather and reconnect with ourselves. While at the same time Love and Reunite with our families. You are still essential in the winter seasons of life when everything is slow and things are seemingly passing you by. Now that our winter season is now coming to a close, How have you used the current winter season so far?
Are you now ready to prepare and execute in the spring?
If you have not maximized the use of your winter season, take the Last week of this month to get your affairs in order! The pace you set for the beginning of your year will determine the outcome for the end of your year!
2022 is the Year of the Entrepreneur!
I hope you can hear my heart today as I encourage you to take the time NOW to prepare for the rest of 2022. YOU are an essential answer hanging in the balance. YOU are a solution to a problem someone is facing. With this being said, you have to take the time to strategically position yourself for those waiting on the answer YOU HAVE and the answer YOU ARE! I believe applying practical strategies to your faith will allow you to show up and be a practical solution in the lives of those you are meant to reach!
And Remember, YOU are ESSENTIAL!

“What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”
