Sherron is the CEO and Founder of Procare Solutions Consulting, bringing a multidisciplinary background rooted in behavioral science, social work, leadership, and organizational development.
Her professional journey has given her the unique opportunity to work alongside individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders, businesses, and organizations across diverse industries, including government, healthcare, social services, small and medium-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Through these experiences, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between people, behavior, decision-making, and performance. Her work has extended beyond serving individuals to contributing to the development, governance, growth, and sustainability of the organizations and industries she has been privileged to serve.
This breadth of experience has shaped her ability to identify the behaviors, mindsets, and decisions that influence how people perform, lead, collaborate, and ultimately contribute to an organization’s success.
